How Do I Fix Photo Dates in Windows 10?
The same way as on Windows 11: write the real date into each file, in bulk.
Windows 10 shows Date Taken in Explorer's Details view and lets you edit it by hand in Properties. That works and it is slow, one photo at a time.
For a library you want the dates to come from somewhere: the .json files in a Takeout export, or the photo's own data where it survived.
