What If Some Photos Have No .json File?
A good tool falls back to the photo's own data, then to the file date, rather than skipping it.
It happens often. Edited copies, some videos, and photos whose sidecar name got truncated can all end up without a usable match.
The photo is not lost. Many still carry their original date inside them from the camera. Failing that, the file's modified date is often close to the truth and much better than nothing.
